Well, after pretty much every leading man in Hollywood bailed on Clint Eastwood’s A Star is Born remake, Beyonce finally has as well.  Eastwood’s apparently looking at jazz singer Esperanza Spalding to replace her, instead of finding a project anybody wants to see, unfortunately.

Continuing in with casting updates, the Michael Douglas as Ronald Reagan flick Reykjavik found its Mikhail Gorbachev… Christophe Waltz?

Either Gorbachev or Hans Landa.  It’s hard to tell.

The formerly titled, David O. Russell-led, American Bullshit has finished rounding up its cast as well, and it’s a hell of one.  As reported, Bradley Cooper will play a shady FBI agent who’s forced to rely on a couple of con artists (Christian Bale and Amy Adams) to aid him in a corruption sting of Congress.  Jeremy Renner will play a corrupt and charismatic New Jersey politician.

He needs a Philly guy next to complete the Eastern accent hat trick
